The Blueprint: Illinois can do better.

Did you know that over 17,000 Illinoisans with developmental disabilities are stuck on a waiting list for services? We can do better. The Blueprint is a 7-year action plan that would fundamentally reform Illinois’ system by improving integration of community-style services. If enacted, the Blueprint would eliminate the waiting list, modernize state services and make the current system more cost-efficient.
